Kaneriya Tiles

Kaneriya Tiles is situated at 1-9-87 on the Bypass Road in Gandhi Nagar. Being on the bypass means we see a lot of vehicles going past at high speeds all day long. It can be quite a noisy spot to be in, but it makes us easy to find for anyone driving into town. Our shop is mostly a place where we display the different types of tiles we have available. We keep everything organized in racks, though things do get a bit messy when we are busy with a big shipment. We spend our time helping people look through the patterns and talking about how many boxes they might need. The office part of the building is just a simple desk with a computer that is a bit slow. We don't have any corporate branding or expensive decorations on the walls. It is just a place for work. In the evenings, the sun hits the front of the shop quite hard, so we usually have to pull the shutters down a bit early to keep the heat out. The bypass road can get a bit dusty when the wind picks up, so we spend a lot of time wiping down the display tiles so people can actually see the colors. Most of our customers are from around Gandhi Nagar or the nearby villages. We know most of them by name after all these years. We just focus on keeping the stock full and the shop open on time.
