We have been operating out of our place at 783/2 on the Kadi - Thole Road for a good number of years now. It isn't a fancy setup by any means. Most days, you just hear the constant hum of the machines making valves. It’s a lot of metalwork and the air usually smells like oil and hot steel. We are a small group of people who just show up and do the work. The traffic on the road outside can be quite something during the morning rush, but once we get inside and start the machines, we don't notice it much. We mostly focus on getting the dimensions right because even a tiny mistake means the part is useless. We don't have a big office with air conditioning or anything like that. There is just a small corner with a couple of desks for the paperwork and a kettle for making tea. In the summer, it gets really hot in the workshop, so we keep the big doors open to catch whatever breeze we can get. We’ve seen other shops come and go along this road, but we’ve managed to stay steady. We don't go in for big speeches or marketing stuff. If you come by, you’ll probably find us covered in a bit of grease and busy with a new batch of valves. It’s just how we do things here in Kadi. We don't have a website with fancy photos, just our workshop and the tools we use every single day.
