Tatved Organic Products Private Limited is located out at Plot 9, Ls-808-15, which is right behind the Gayatri Dairyat Indrad. Being in a village like Indrad makes a lot of sense for what we do because we are close to where things are actually happening. It’s a quiet area for the most part, though the dairy next door keeps things moving with their trucks and deliveries. We spend most of our time dealing with the logistics of organic goods. It’s not always easy keeping everything separated and making sure the quality is where it should be. Since the weather gets hot out here, and the roads can be a bit dusty, it’s just life in Kadi. We aren't trying to be some massive corporation with a glass building. Instead, we just have our plot and our storage space. A few of us work here every day, checking the bags and making sure the labels are correct. Sometimes we stay late when a truck is delayed, but other times it’s pretty calm. We mostly talk to farmers and suppliers in the area. It’s a lot of phone calls and ledger books. When we started this, there was a need for it in the village, and it’s grown a bit since then. We don't have a marketing department or anything like that. We just do the work, pack the products, and send them out to whoever needs them. It’s a simple way to earn a living without any stress.
