Konark Solutions

You can find us at F-54 in Bacswalya Estate, which is really close to the railway station. You can hear the trains passing by throughout the day. Konark Solutions has been set up here for a while, offering different technical solutions for businesses around this area. It’s a bit of an older building, but it has character and it’s easy for people to find once they get off the train. The office is usually filled with computer parts and cables. We don’t really go for that polished look you see in big cities. We just have our desks and our equipment, and that’s about it. Most of our work involves helping people set up their networks or fixing software issues that pop up. It’s the kind of stuff that can be really frustrating if you don’t do it every day, so people just bring their problems to us. We’re a small group of people who just happen to be good with technology. We don’t use a lot of big words or try to confuse anyone. We just explain what’s wrong and try to get it sorted. Sometimes we’re out on calls, but usually, someone is at the shop to help out. It’s a steady pace of work. We aren't looking to expand into some massive firm; we’re happy just being the local guys near the station that people can rely on when their tech breaks down.
