Prakash Oil Industries Ginning Factory is right Opp. Vrundavan Society, Kadi-kalol Road. It’s a big place because ginning takes up a lot of room. When the season is on, we are incredibly busy. There’s cotton everywhere and the machines are running non-stop. It’s dusty and loud, but that’s the nature of a factory like ours. During the off-season, things quiet down a bit and we spend our time on maintenance. We’ve been on Kadi-kalol Road for a long time, and most people around here know the building. We aren't some fancy outfit from the city. We are local people working with local products. At Prakash Oil Industries Ginning Factory, we deal with a lot of farmers and transport guys. There’s always someone coming in or out of the main gate. The office is just a small room with a few chairs and a lot of registers. We don't use much technology, just the basic stuff to keep track of the loads. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult, especially if it rains unexpectedly. But we’ve learned to deal with those things over the years. It’s hard work and the hours can be long, especially when the harvest comes in. We just take it day by day. You can’t miss us if you’re driving down toward Vrundavan Society. We’re the ones with the big sheds and the activity near the road. The street lights nearby flicker at night but we know the way.
