Italia Ceramics Ltd. is located right near the bus stand in Village Kaiyal. We are situated along the Mehsana Highway in the Mehsana district. It’s a handy spot because the buses stop almost right outside our gate. This makes it easier for workers to get here and for people to find us. We have a big facility here because ceramics take up a lot of room. There’s the manufacturing side and then the storage areas for all the tiles and pieces. It can get a bit dusty and loud with the machines running, but that’s just how it is. We aren't a fancy showroom in a city mall. We are out here where the actual work happens. The office is simple, just some desks and chairs where we handle the orders. We’ve been part of this village community for a long time. People around here know us well. We don't spend much on big ads or anything like that. Most of our customers come to us because they’ve heard about what we make. Sometimes the highway traffic is a bit much, especially during the holidays, but generally, it’s a good location for transport. We just focus on making the product and getting it shipped out. It’s hard work but it keeps us busy every day. We don't have much to complain about as long as the orders keep coming in and the trucks stay on schedule.
