You can find us out on Thor Road in the Mehsana district. It’s a bit of a drive from the main city center, but it’s a good spot for what we do. The area is mostly open fields and other industrial units scattered around. Gujarat Ambuja Exports Ltd. has been operating from this location for a long time. The trucks come in and out all day long, especially during the harvest seasons. It gets quite dusty on Thor Road when the wind picks up, so we are always dusting off the windows in the main office. We have a lot of space here, which is lucky because we need it for all the stuff we handle. The staff mostly comes from the villages nearby. We eat our lunch together under the shade of the trees we planted near the entrance years ago. They’ve grown quite tall now. The building is large and functional, not really built for looks. We have some old machinery that still works better than the new stuff sometimes. Dealing with the weather is just part of life here in Mehsana. When it rains, the yard gets muddy, but we just put on boots and keep going. We don't spend much time on fancy talk. We just make sure the orders are loaded properly and sent out on time. It's a steady life out here on the road.
