Victory Ceratech Pvt. Ltd. is located at Plot No. 113. It’s just a single plot with a decent-sized building on it. We work with ceramics, but not the kind you find in a kitchen. This is more for industrial use. It involves a lot of high-temperature ovens and kilns. The air inside can get pretty warm because of that. We have a small group of people who understand the chemistry and the heat settings. It’s a bit of a science, but we treat it more like a craft. We’ve been here at Plot No. 113 for several years. We started with just a couple of kilns and expanded as we needed to. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy website that gets updated every day. We just focus on the orders we have. Sometimes a batch doesn't come out right, and we have to figure out why. It’s part of the process. We don't use a lot of big words to describe what we do. We just make ceramic parts that work for our customers. The neighborhood is mostly other industrial shops, so we all know each other. We might borrow a tool or some supplies from the guys next door occasionally. It’s a practical way of doing things. We’re just a group of people who know our way around heat and clay. We keep it simple and stay busy.
