Gemstone Glass Pvt. Ltd. is located at Plot No. 23/e. We spend our days working with glass in the shop. It gets quite dusty and hot in there, but that’s just how the work goes. We have been in this spot for a while now. We handle glass for all sorts of different things. If you ever walk past Plot 23/e, you will see the guys moving heavy crates or cutting pieces down to the right size. Sometimes the machines act up or get stuck, but we just fix them and keep going. It isn't a fancy corporate office. It is a real workspace. We deal with measurements all day and try to make sure the edges aren't too sharp for the people who have to handle them later on. We have a small crew here. We mostly focus on getting the orders out on time so the back room doesn't get too piled up. Usually, we are busy from early morning until late in the evening. This isn't a huge place, just a regular unit where we do our job. There is a lot of noise when the glass cutters are running. We drink tea during our breaks and talk about whatever batch is coming in next. It’s hard work, but someone has to do it. The floor is usually covered in some kind of grit. We try to keep it tidy enough to walk around safely. Being at Plot 23/e works for us because the trucks get in easily.
