Aloft Foods Private Limited

It is a bit dusty out here in Ankhol, right on the Kadi-Chhatral Road. We spend a lot of time watching the trucks go by from our spot at Survey Number 87 P. It isn’t a fancy place, just where we do the daily work for Aloft Foods Private Limited. The sun gets really hot in the afternoon, so we usually keep the shutters down a bit. Most days start early before the traffic picks up. We’ve got some neighbors around, but mostly it is just the open space and the road. My desk is near the window, though there isn't much to see except the fence and some dry grass. We have been at this for a while now. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, but we just wait it out and talk. It is a simple setup. We don't have a big lobby or anything like that. People just come to the side door if they need something. We try to keep things organized, but it is a busy operation so there is always something lying around. Usually, I am the one who opens up in the morning. It is quiet then. Ankhol is a small village area, so everyone kind of knows where everyone else is. If you're driving down the road, you might see our sign. We just keep our heads down and get through the list of things to do. It works for us and we just keep going.
