Shahi Gifts Emporium

This shop is tucked away beside the Police Guest House in the Co Operative Colony. It is a bit of a quiet spot compared to the main market, which is nice in some ways. We spend a lot of our time cleaning the glass cases because the dust always finds a way in. We have all sorts of gift items on the shelves, from small trinkets to bigger pieces. It is a bit of a mix, and sometimes it looks a little crowded. People come in looking for something for a wedding or a birthday, and they usually spend a long time looking around. We do not bother them much; we just let them browse. The address is a bit long to write down, but once people know we are next to the guest house, they find us okay. The colony is mostly residential, so it is a peaceful neighborhood. We have been here for a good while and the shop has a lot of character, mostly because it is a bit old-fashioned. We do not have a website or anything like that. We just open the doors in the morning and wait for whoever stops by. It is a simple way to run a business. We mostly talk about the local news with the customers who are our neighbors. Sometimes we drink tea together while they decide which gift to buy. It is a slow pace but we like it that way.
