Our place is located in the Kadapa district. It’s a pretty large area, and we’ve been operating out of here for some time now. Working in Kadapa means dealing with the local climate and the general pace of life in this part of Andhra Pradesh. We don't have a big city office with glass walls; it's more of a functional setup where we can actually get our work done without distractions. Most of our day is spent coordinating different tasks and making sure everything is moving along as it should. It can get pretty warm in the afternoons, so we usually try to get the heavy lifting and the difficult stuff done early in the morning before the sun gets too high in the sky. Sanfield India Ltd is just a group of us working together. We don't really have a lot of corporate rules or fancy mission statements. We just show up every morning, see what needs to be fixed or sent out, and then we get to it. The district has its own rhythm, and we’ve settled into it nicely over the years. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit or the internet gets slow, but we just find something else to do until things come back online. It’s a straightforward way of living and working. We know the roads around here well and the best local spots to grab a quick lunch. It’s not a complicated life.
