Sai Lakshmi Supermarket

We are located at 2-1/157 on Rtc Road in Kota. Sai Lakshmi Supermarket is a place where many people stop while they are waiting for their buses. The Rtc Road is always full of activity. Our shop has bright lights and white tiled floors that show every bit of dirt, so we have to mop quite often. We have several aisles with snacks, drinks, and daily groceries. The refrigerators for the milk and curd are right near the entrance. They make a constant humming sound that fills the shop. I spend my day restocking the shelves and talking to the regulars from Kota. Some people just come in to get out of the sun for a few minutes. We have a small billing counter with a computer that sometimes acts up. When that happens, we just use a pen and paper until it starts working again. The front window is large and lets in a lot of sunlight, which makes the front of the store very bright. We keep the sacks of flour and sugar stacked at the back because they are heavy to move. It is a busy life on Rtc Road. We start early in the morning before the first buses start running. By the time the sun goes down, we are tired but the shop is usually quite empty of stock. We just do it all again the next day.
