Project Engineer

You’ll find our place on Raja Reddy Street in Kadapa. We’re at door number 3/1903. It’s a fairly central spot, which makes it easy for people to drop by. We’ve lived and worked in this area for a long time, so we know the streets pretty well. The office is just a regular room filled with some old furniture and a few newer computers. We aren't trying to impress anyone with the decor. We figure the work we do is more important than how the office looks. Most of the time, we’re hunched over blueprints or typing up reports. It can get a bit dusty with the windows open, but we like the fresh air. Kadapa is a good place to be for this kind of work. There is always something going on. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who have been doing this for years. We talk about the projects over lunch, which we usually eat at our desks. There’s no corporate ladder here. We all just pitch in and do what needs to be done to finish the task. If something goes wrong, we fix it. It’s a straightforward way to run things. We like being on Raja Reddy Street because everything we need is within walking distance. It makes the workday feel a bit more manageable when you don't have to drive across town for every little thing.
