Nyamath Spices Powder

Our little shop is located at 6/16 in Rajampet. We are very close to the railway station, so you can always hear the whistles and the sound of the trains passing by throughout the day. It’s a busy little area with people always rushing to catch their ride. We focus on spice powders here. Usually, the air is thick with the smell of ground chilies and turmeric, which makes us sneeze sometimes. The building is quite old and has some cracks in the walls, but it does the job just fine. We have some heavy machines in the back for grinding the spices into fine powder. It’s loud when they are running, and we have to shout to be heard. We pack everything into bags by hand, sitting on low stools on the floor. It is a slow process, but we don't like to rush things. The local tea stall guy brings us a tray of tea twice a day, and that’s when we take a break. We don't have a website or anything like that. People just know we are here because of the smell and the noise of the machines. We’ve been at this Rajampet address for many years now. It’s a simple life, just grinding and packing and talking to the people who stop by after getting off the train. We try to keep things honest and just do our work every day.
