Larsen & Toubro Ltd

Out here in Pulivendla, we have our Larsen & Toubro Ltd setup on Vivekananda Street. It’s at D. No. 1/655, which is basically D. Sreenivasulu’s place. It is a very local feel here in this part of Kadapa. We aren't in a big commercial tower; we are right there on the street with everyone else. Most of the people around here know us by now. The work we do is pretty hands-on, even when we are sitting at the desk. We handle the local coordination for the projects in this part of Andhra Pradesh. The street can get a bit noisy with the traffic and the local shops, but that is just part of the charm of being in Pulivendla. We spend our days making sure the schedules are met and that we have enough people on the ground. It’s a lot of talking to vendors and checking on local supplies. The office itself is simple—just some chairs, a few tables, and a lot of documents. We don’t go for anything flashy because we don’t need to. We just need a place to sit and think and get the logistics sorted out. It’s a hot part of the country, so we try to get most things done early in the day. It is just a regular group of us working hard to keep things moving. We make sure everything stays on track and the site guys have what they need to finish their jobs.
