Eswar Cool Drinks

This little shop, Eswar Cool Drinks, is located at 65-87-43 in Cuddappa. It is not a fancy place by any means, but it serves its purpose, especially when the weather gets really hot like it often does around here. I spend most of my day standing behind the counter, making sure the refrigerators are running properly and that the drinks are actually cold. There is nothing worse than a lukewarm soda on a summer afternoon in Cuddappa. We have all the basic stuff—bottled water, various sodas, and some local juice drinks that people seem to like. The address is a bit of a long number, but once you get to this street, you can usually spot us by the stacks of empty crates outside. My family helps me out during the busiest hours in the evening when people are finishing work and want something refreshing on their way home. We also keep a few snacks like chips and biscuits on the side shelf because people usually want something to eat with their drink. I know most of the regulars by name now, and we often have a quick chat while they wait for their change. It is just a local spot for a quick break and a drink.
