Halasinahalli

Halasinahalli is out in Kadaga, which is a part of Hassan. It is a bit of a trek to get here if you are coming from the main city area. The surroundings are mostly quiet and there is a lot of space around us. We are not a big company with hundreds of employees or fancy cars. It is just a small operation handled by a few of us who have lived here for a long time. The work we do is pretty straightforward and we don't have any fancy titles to put on business cards. Most of our days are spent dealing with local tasks and talking to people from the nearby villages who stop by. The building is simple and has been here for years. Sometimes the roof leaks a bit when the monsoon is heavy, but we just patch it up and keep going. We don't have any big signs or advertisements on the road. People mostly find us through word of mouth. It is a slow-paced life compared to the cities, but we prefer it that way. We might be having tea under the porch when someone stops by to ask for something. There is no formal reception area or anything like that. We just help out with whatever is needed at the time. It is an honest way to spend the day without much stress. We are just part of the local landscape here in Kadaga and we plan to stay that way for a long time.
