We are over at Office No 5 on the ground floor of Poonam Commercial Center. If you know where Hotel Illark is on Station Road, we are right across from it. It's a busy spot but easy to find since we are on the ground floor. We spend most of our time dealing with land stuff here. It gets a bit noisy with the traffic outside sometimes, but that is just how it is on Station Road. There are usually a few of us in the office during the day. We’ve been at this location for a while now. Most people just drop by when they are in the neighborhood. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It is just a regular office where we get our work done. Sometimes the door sticks a little when it's humid, so you might have to give it a good push. We handle various land projects and keep our files organized in the back. It is not a very large space, but it fits us well enough. We keep the kettle going for tea most mornings. Being right by the hotel makes it easy to tell people how to find us. If you reach the station, you have gone too far. Just look for the Poonam building. We stay pretty busy with paperwork and site visits. It is a straightforward place to work and we like being part of the local business community here on the ground floor. The office stays cool in the summer.
