Shreyang Developers Llp is situated in Adipur, Gandhidham. We are at Plot 427 in Ward 3B. If you know the area, it's a pretty standard part of town for a business like ours. We’ve been involved in development work here in the Kachchh region for some time now. The office is where we do all the legwork for our projects, from looking at land to organizing the construction crews. It's a busy place, especially in the mornings when everyone is getting ready for the day's tasks. We don't really go for the high-end office look; it’s more about having a functional space where we can get stuff done. Living and working in Gandhidham means we know the local landscape pretty well. Most of our days are spent checking on different plots and making sure the work is actually happening. It’s a lot of driving around and talking to people on-site. We don’t have any polished scripts or big sales pitches. We just tell it like it is. Sometimes there are problems with a build, and we just have to sit down and figure out how to fix it. That's the nature of development work. Being in Ward 3B has been good for us, and we plan to keep working from here for the foreseeable future. Just a local team doing local work and keeping track of the details on Plot 427. It's a lot of manual coordination but we're used to it. The weather in Kachchh can be pretty tough when you're out on a dusty plot of land all afternoon.
