Shree Sonal Books

Our shop, Shree Sonal Books, is over in Sapnanagar at the address Nu-4, E-259. It is a quiet little spot filled from floor to ceiling with all kinds of books. We have been here for a while, and the shelves are starting to show their age a bit. We don't have a fancy cataloging system or bright neon lights. Instead, you'll find stacks of books piled up in the aisles when a new shipment comes in. We spend a good part of the morning just dusting the covers and trying to keep everything in some kind of order. Most of the people who come in are students looking for textbooks or neighbors wanting something to read in the evening. We know many of them by name now. It’s a simple life running a bookshop. We don't do any big promotions or sales events. We just open the doors and let people browse through the stacks. Sometimes the shop feels a bit cramped, especially when we get a lot of people in at once, but we like it that way. There is something nice about the smell of old and new paper mixed together. We don't have much of a staff, just a couple of us who know where everything is hidden. If you need a specific book and we don't have it, we just tell you straight and try to see if we can get it for you later on.
