Our office is located in Bageshree Township, which is part of Varsamedi in the Anjar area of Kachchh. We are at Plot No 80, near Survey No 388. We have a desk, some chairs, and a lot of maps of the local plots pinned to the wall. It’s not a corporate headquarters, just a place where we can meet neighbors and clients. We spend a lot of time outdoors, looking at land and talking to people about where they want to build. The weather can be tough here, but we’re used to the heat. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of employees. It’s just a few of us who know the local land records and the people in Varsamedi. We focus on being practical. If someone needs a place to stay or a bit of land for a small project, we help them find it. It’s straightforward work and we like it. We’ve been in this township for a while and have seen it grow. We just take things as they come and try to keep our clients updated with honest information. The 370110 area is definitely seeing more people move in lately.
