Take-n-talk

Take-n-talk is over in the Swami Vivekanand Market, right near Oslo Circle. We’re in shops 25 and 26, across two plots, 122 and 123. Being near the circle means there is always a lot of traffic and people walking by. It’s a lively spot to be in. We sell things and talk to customers all day. It’s not a quiet office; there’s always someone coming in to ask a question or look at what we have. My brother and I run the place mostly. We started out small and ended up taking the shop next door when it became available. The market gets really crowded on weekends, so we stay pretty busy then. We don't have a big corporate setup. It’s just us behind the counter. Sometimes we have tea brought in from the stall down the street while we wait for the next person to come in. The shelves are usually pretty full. We try to keep everything organized, but with so many people coming through, it gets a bit messy by the end of the day. We’ve been here long enough that most of the other shopkeepers are our friends. We help each other out if someone needs change or a hand with a heavy box. It’s a good community. If you’re ever near Oslo Circle, you’ll see our sign. We’re just regular people running a local business.
