Our base is over at Plot No. 120 in Ward 10A of Gandhidham. We’ve been in this part of Kachchh for several years now. It’s a straightforward setup. We handle construction and projects, which is what the Conpro name is about. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who know the ropes. The office is usually a bit messy with blueprints and various samples. We don't mind it because it shows we’re actually working. Gandhidham is a practical town, and we try to match that vibe. We aren't into big corporate meetings or polished presentations. We prefer to just sit down and figure out how to solve a problem. Sometimes things go smoothly and other times we have to stay late to get things right. It’s all part of the job. We know most of the other businesses around Ward 10A. It’s a good community where people look out for each other. We don't really do marketing. We just let the finished buildings speak for themselves. If someone asks for us, they usually find us through a friend or a neighbor. We’ve stayed in this one spot because it works for us. It’s not fancy, but it’s our space. We just keep our heads down and do the work that comes our way. That’s been our way of doing things from the start in Gujarat.
