We've been at A-73 in Naraina Industrial Area Phase-I for quite a while now. If you know the area, it's pretty busy and tucked away. Revex Plasticisers Pvt. Ltd. deals with exactly what the name says. It isn't a fancy office with a glass lobby. It’s mostly just us working with the materials and making sure things get moved out on time. The machines run most of the day and it gets pretty loud inside. We deal with plasticisers every day, which is a specific kind of work that requires staying focused. Some of the guys have been here since we started. We just focus on the orders that come in. The traffic in Naraina can be a real mess around shift changes, so we try to time our deliveries just right so we don't get stuck. It's an industrial setting through and through. Nothing much to look at from the outside, just a gate and the sign. Inside, we just keep things moving. We handle the paperwork and the production right here on site. It’s just a regular local operation where everyone knows their job. Sometimes the power cuts happen during the summer months, but we manage to keep the schedule. We aren't doing anything flashy, just the standard work we’ve always done. The office part is small, usually just a couple of people at the desks and everyone else is out on the floor. That’s just how it goes here every day.
