We are set up in Office No A12A over in the A Wing of the Katira Complex. It’s right by the RTO in Bhuj, so we see a lot of people coming and going for their licenses all day long. Out here in Kachchh, the weather gets really hot, so we spend a lot of time making sure the office stays cool enough to work in. Power Wings handles security and facility stuff. Basically, we help people find guards for their buildings or someone to handle the cleaning and repairs. It is a lot of coordinating between different sites and making sure people show up on time for their shifts. The office itself is pretty simple, just some desks and a couple of chairs for visitors. We have a map of the 370001 area pinned to the wall with some old markers. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow, which makes sending emails frustrating, but we manage to get things done. Most of the time, it’s just us answering the phone or talking to the staff about their schedules. There is a small shop nearby where we get our lunch most days. It’s a quiet kind of work but it keeps us busy from morning until late evening. We’ve been at this for a bit now and know the local roads pretty well. People know where to find us if they need help with their building management or security needs in this part of Gujarat.
