Panchratna Jewellers

You can find Panchratna Jewellers at Plot 272 in Ward-12/B, right in the heart of Zaveri Bazar. We are at number 2. This whole area is always crowded and noisy, but that’s just the way Zaveri Bazar is. We’ve been in this spot for years, and we know almost everyone on this block. Our shop isn't huge, but it has enough room for our display cases and a small back room where we do some repairs. We don't use any big fancy lights, just enough so people can see what they are looking at. Most of our day is spent talking to regular customers who have been coming to us for a long time. It’s a lot of sitting and chatting while we show them different pieces. My brother handles the accounts while I stay out front. We keep things pretty informal here. Sometimes we close up for a bit if we need to run an errand down the street. It’s a family-run kind of thing, so we don't have a strict corporate schedule or anything. The floor is a bit worn out from all the feet walking over it, but we like it that way. It feels like home to us. If you’re in the bazar, you’ll see our small sign out front. We usually have some snacks to share with whoever stops by for a long talk.
