Our place is at D-93, right by Jhanda Chowk. If you know the area, you know how busy it gets around the circle. Oswalaglo Impex Pvt. Ltd. has been operating out of this spot for a good bit now. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls, mostly. We deal with moving goods in and out, which sounds more exciting than it actually is on a Tuesday afternoon when the internet is slow. The office is usually filled with files and the sound of someone typing away. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us. Sometimes the traffic outside Jhanda Chowk makes it hard to hear ourselves think, but you get used to the honking after a few months. We drink a lot of chai to stay sharp. Our team is small, mostly just local folks who know how to handle the logistics side of things. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a shiny lobby. We just want to make sure the crates get where they are supposed to go without too much trouble. Every now and then, things get delayed at the port or a truck gets stuck, and we have to stay late to sort it out. It’s just the way the import-export business goes. We’ve had the same desk chairs for five years and they still work fine. We're just a practical group of people doing a practical job near the chowk every day.
