We are based at Plot No 58 in Sector 2, just behind the Lions Club in Gandhidham. It is a busy part of town and we have been working out of this office for quite some time now. Dealing with infrastructure projects in the Kachchh region means we spend a lot of time looking at site plans and dealing with the local weather, which can get pretty hot during the summer months. The office isn't anything fancy, just a practical space where we keep our records and meet with people who need work done. Usually, the morning starts with tea and a quick look at the schedule for the day. Being in Gujarat, especially in a place like Gandhidham, there is always something moving or being built nearby. We handle the paperwork and the logistics from here, making sure the guys on the ground have what they need. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and other times it is quiet enough to actually hear the traffic outside. We don’t really do big advertisements or anything like that because most people around here know where we are. It’s a straightforward setup. We keep the files organized as much as we can, though things get a bit messy when a big project is finishing up. The Lions Club is a good landmark for people trying to find us for the first time. We just focus on the daily tasks and getting the infrastructure stuff sorted out without making a big fuss about it.
