New Murli Bakery Private Limited

We operate New Murli Bakery Private Limited in New Anjar, Kachchh. Our shop is located on Plot No 15 in Vaishali Society. Anjar is a place with a lot of history and a tight-knit community, and we’re glad to be a small part of it. It’s a regular neighborhood bakery. We don't have any shiny awards or fancy storefronts to show off. We just have our ovens and the daily routine of baking bread and various biscuits. Kachchh can get incredibly hot during the summer, so the bakery gets very warm during the middle of the day. We’ve mostly gotten used to the heat over the years, though it still wears us out. We open up the shop pretty early every morning to get things ready for the first customers. People living in Vaishali Society know us well. We see the same people every single day and it’s a nice feeling when someone knows your name. We aren't looking to expand into a giant company or open dozens of locations. We just want to keep things going right here in Anjar. The work is very repetitive, but there's a certain rhythm to it that I enjoy. We clean up everything at night and start all over again the next morning. Sometimes the ingredients are hard to get if the delivery trucks have trouble on the road, but we usually manage to find a way. It’s just a normal business run by local people.
