Lucky Garments

Lucky Garments is sitting in the Vinson Building in New Kandla. We have shops 1, 2, and 5, so we have a bit of space to keep our stock and show the clothes. Being in Kachchh, the weather gets really dry and dusty sometimes, but we keep the shop as clean as we can. It is a straightforward business where we sell clothes to the people living around here. The Vinson Building is well known in this part of New Kandla, so it isn't hard to find us. We do not have a big marketing team or anything like that. It is just us at the shop every day. We open the shutters in the morning and wait for customers to drop by. Sometimes it is busy, especially during the festival times when everyone wants new outfits. Other days are slower and we just sit and talk or organize the racks. The layout of the shops is a bit spread out since we have 1, 2, and 5, but we make it work. Most of our customers are regular folks from the area who have been coming to us for years. We know their sizes and what they usually like. It is a very local feel here. We do not use any fancy sales tactics, we just show what we have and help people find something that fits. It is a basic way to run a shop but it works for us and the people in Kandla.
