Our office is located at A 15 in the New Wholesale Market. It's right on the Madhapara Highway in Bhuj. Being near the highway means there is always a lot of dust and truck noise, but it's a very practical spot for a travel business. We deal with many people passing through Madhapar every day. We have been in this same spot for several years now. It's a simple setup with a couple of old desks and some plastic chairs for guests. We don't have a website that's very fancy or modern, but we know how to get things booked. Most of our day is spent checking bus schedules and talking to our drivers on the phone. People come to us when they need to organize a trip for a big group or just a quick taxi ride to the next town. We grew up in this part of Kachchh, so we don't need a map for most of the local routes. The wholesale market is usually crowded and loud, so finding a place to park can be a bit of a struggle, but we are easy to find once you're inside the gates. We aren't some big corporate company from a big city. We are just local guys working a job. Sometimes we sit and have tea with the customers while we figure out their travel dates. It's a slow pace, but it works fine for us. We just try to be honest about what we can do and what we can't.
