M/S Ravji Manji Sorathia & Co. is run mostly from our residence at 229, Vijaynagar. It’s on Hospital Road, right across from the court in Anjar, Kutch. It’s a bit of a different way to run a business, having it at home, but it works for us. Anjar is a place with a lot of history, and we’ve been part of the community for many years. Kutch can be a harsh place with the heat and the dust, but we like it here. Being near the court means there’s always something happening on our street. We don’t have a big staff or a fancy lobby. If you come by, you’re basically coming to our home. We handle our contracts and business matters right from here. It makes things simple and keeps our costs down. We’ve been doing this for a long time, and most people in the area know the Sorathia name. We don’t use any big marketing tricks. We just do our work and talk to people directly. Sometimes the phone rings late at night or early in the morning, but that’s what happens when your office is where you live. We just take it as it comes and try to keep everything organized. It’s a quiet life for the most part, just steady work in a small town. We don't need a lot of space to do what we do. It's just about being reliable and showing up every day to handle the business from the house.
