Mono Steel India Ltd.(Anjar-Kutch)

Our business, Mono Steel India Ltd., is located in the Mandvi area of Kutch. You can find us at Navapura, specifically near Kathi Chowk, where Mohammed Kathiwala looks after the place. Kutch is a unique place to work, with the dry heat and the open spaces. We deal with steel, which is heavy and tough work, but it is what we know. The office is right there in the neighborhood, so we see the same faces every day. It is a local operation at heart, even if we are part of a larger name. There is always a truck being loaded or unloaded somewhere nearby. We do not use a lot of big words or have fancy meetings. Usually, we just sit down, figure out what needs to be done for the day, and get to it. The dust from the road gets everywhere, but that is just life in Mandvi. We have been here long enough that we do not need a map to find our way around the back alleys. People stop by to chat or ask about work quite often. It feels more like a community than just a job site. Sometimes the heat is a bit much in the summer, but we keep the fans going and stay busy. It is a simple setup, nothing too fancy, just enough to get the orders processed and the steel moving to where it is needed next.
