Mikasa Cosmetics Limited

We operate out of several sheds, from 205 to 210A, in Sector 1 of the KASEZ area. It’s a large industrial zone, so it feels very different from a normal city street. There are trucks moving around all day and the sound of machinery. Our space is basically a series of large rooms where we handle the cosmetic production and packing. It’s not a glamorous place at all. It’s dusty and loud, but it’s where the work happens. We have a lot of workers coming in shifts. We spend our time checking batches and making sure the machines are running right. There isn't much in the way of an office, just a small partitioned area with a couple of desks. We eat our lunch in a shared break area. We don't have a PR department or anything like that. We just focus on making the products. The sun hits the metal roofs and makes it quite warm inside during the summer. We have big fans, but they only do so much. It's a lot of physical work, moving boxes and loading pallets. We’ve been in this sector for years. It’s a straightforward operation. No big missions or fancy slogans. We just show up, do the production run, and make sure everything is packed correctly for shipping. It’s hard work, but we are used to it by now. We don't change things unless we absolutely have to. It's just us and the machines, day after day.
