Our main office is located over at P.O. Box No. 89. We’ve been operating from this area for quite some time, handling the paperwork and logistics that come with shipping. Dealing with cargo and vessels means we spend a lot of time on the phone and coordinating with different people at the ports. It’s not the kind of job where you sit around doing nothing. There’s always a delay to manage or a document that needs a signature. Our office isn't anything special to look at. It’s filled with files, maps, and coffee mugs. We don't have a fancy lobby because most of our work is done through emails and phone calls. The team is small but we know the shipping business inside and out. We talk to captains, truck drivers, and port authorities every single day. Some days are stressful when a shipment gets held up, but that’s just the nature of the industry. We try to keep things moving as smoothly as we can. We’ve seen a lot of changes in how things are shipped over the years, but the basic work remains the same. It’s about getting things from point A to point B without too much trouble. We don’t make big promises; we just tell people what the situation is and try to find a way to get it done. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning till night. We just keep moving and doing the paperwork.
