We are KLC Realtors LLP. Our office is over at S. NO. 243/2 PNA/1 in Bhanushali Nagar. If you are looking for us, we are right opposite Leva Patel. It is a busy little area and we have been here for a good bit now. Most days involve a lot of walking around to look at different sites. We aren't the type to sit behind a desk all day if we can help it. The office is where we keep the maps and the legal papers, but the real work happens outside. Bhanushali Nagar has its own rhythm and we have adjusted to it. We see a lot of the same faces every morning when we open up. It’s nice to be part of a community where people actually recognize you. We handle various property things, nothing too fancy, just the usual stuff people need help with. Sometimes the paperwork gets a little messy or a deal takes longer than we thought it would, but that is just how things go. We don't try to make it sound more exciting than it is. Real estate is mostly just about knowing the local land and being honest about what is available. We keep our hours pretty regular, though sometimes we stay late if a client needs to meet after their own work ends. It’s a steady life and we like being right here across from Leva Patel. We usually have the radio on in the background while we work on our files.
