Our office is located at plot number 24-25/D in Ashapura Nagar, which is over in Nana Kapaya village. If you are heading out through Mundra taluka, you’ve probably passed by us. Kedarnath Engineering Construction Private Limited is basically a group of us who work on building things. It’s dusty work mostly. We spend a lot of time on sites dealing with labor and materials. Living and working out here in Nana Kapaya means we deal with the local weather and the logistics of getting stuff delivered to the village. It isn't always smooth. Sometimes the trucks are late or the plans change at the last minute. We just handle it as it comes. We started this because we saw a lot of growth happening around the port area and people needed actual builders who show up. We have a small team, mostly local guys who know the ground. We don't use big fancy words to describe what we do. We just build. Sometimes it’s a small wall, sometimes it’s something bigger for a factory. Our desks are usually covered in blueprints and tea cups. It’s a busy life but we are used to it. If you’re ever near Ashapura Nagar, you’ll see our sign. Sometimes the wind blows so hard from the coast that it knocks over our temporary fences, and we have to go out and fix them all over again. It’s just part of being in Mundra. We’ve made some good friends in the village over the years just by being around.
