We operate out of BBZ, N 40A. It’s a bit of a specific location, but once you’ve been here, it’s easy to find. The office is small and tucked away, which actually helps us stay focused on our import and export tasks. We don’t have a lot of staff, just a few people who have been working together for a long time. There are shelves filled with old ledgers and folders that we probably should have cleared out years ago. The furniture is a bit mismatched, but it’s comfortable enough for an eight-hour shift. We spend a lot of time on the phone dealing with customs or checking on where a container is located. It’s not a high-tech setup; we mostly rely on our computers and a lot of patience. There isn't much to see if you visit, just us working away. We have a small window that looks out onto the street, and we often watch the local activity when we need a break. It's a quiet existence for the most part, though things can get pretty stressful when there’s a delay at the port. We don’t have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches. We just handle the logistics and make sure the paperwork is in order. It’s a basic business run by people who know their trade and don’t feel the need to show off.
