Being near the port means there is always a lot of movement in the town. Gundi Falia is more of a local neighborhood, so we are right in the middle of where people live and work. The weather here can be very dry and the wind comes off the sea sometimes. Our building is a simple one, nothing that would stand out to a stranger passing by. We don’t have any big advertisements or flashy signs. Inside, it’s just a place where we sit down and get to work. Most of the people working here are from around the Kutch area or have moved here for the job. We share stories about the local festivals and the food.
