You can find us over at the Staff Colony, right near the Gujaratnre Coke area in Bhachau. It’s a bit of a trek out here to Lunava, but that’s where the work is. Hdcas Construction & Services Private Limited started because there was a need for hands-on help in this part of Gujarat. It’s dusty and the sun is usually pretty harsh, so we spend a lot of time out on the ground rather than sitting behind desks. Anupam Singh’s place is the main point of contact. We handle various construction tasks and services that keep things moving around the site. It’s not a glamorous job. Most days involve boots, hard hats, and a lot of sweat. We talk to the workers, check the materials, and try to stay on top of the timelines. Sometimes the weather doesn't cooperate and we have to shift everything around. That’s just how it goes when you’re building stuff. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Word usually gets around by people seeing what we do. The colony life is quiet after the shifts end. We’ve grown used to the hum of the nearby industries. It’s a practical way to live and work. We don't claim to be anything special, just a bunch of guys who know how to handle the tools and get the building parts sorted. It keeps us busy and that’s plenty for us in this corner of Bhachau.
