Our office is located at A 5 Riddhi Nagar, over in the Mundra district of Kutch. It’s a bit of a specific spot, right near the tissue culture area in Umiya Nagar. We’ve been working here as part of the Hbl Global setup, which connects back to Hdfc Bank. Most of what we do involves handling the banking side of things for people around here. Mundra is a busy place because of the port and all the industry, so there’s always someone coming in with questions about their accounts or looking for help with paperwork. It’s not a fancy office, just a practical space where we can get through the daily tasks. The weather in Kutch can be pretty harsh, dry and dusty most of the time, but we keep the office running regardless. We aren’t big on fancy speeches or polished presentations. We just sit down with whoever walks through the door and try to figure out what they need. Sometimes the system is slow, or there’s a lot of back-and-forth with the main branch, but we try to keep things moving. It’s important for us to be here locally so folks don’t have to travel too far just to talk to someone about their money. We’ve gotten to know a lot of the residents and business owners around Riddhi Nagar over the years. It’s just regular work for regular people.
