We are located in the Ghansyam Nagar area of Bhuj, right across the street from the PPC Club. It is a fairly easy place to find once you are in this part of town. The club is a big landmark, so we just tell people to look for that. Our office is a simple room where we manage all the travel bookings. We have a few chairs set up for people to sit while we look up their routes on the computer. Ghansyam Nagar is a nice neighborhood, and we have many regulars who come to us whenever they need to go somewhere. The street outside can get a bit busy when there is an event at the club, but usually, it is just normal traffic. We spend a lot of our day on the phone or writing down details in our ledgers. We don't have a huge staff, just a couple of us who know the business well. We aren't a big corporate chain, so things are a bit more personal here. Sometimes we stay late if there is a lot of work to catch up on, especially before the holiday seasons. We don't use any fancy systems, just a reliable computer and our own knowledge of the local roads and transport. We just try to keep things moving and help people reach their destinations safely. It’s a lot of work but it keeps us busy every day of the week.
