We are Haresh Estate Agent. Our shop is number 8 in the Neelam Complex, right on Plot No. 298 in Ward 12- B of Gandhidham- Kachchh. It’s a busy little area, and we’ve been here for quite some time now. Most people around here know the complex, so we’re easy to find. The office is small, just enough room for a couple of desks and some chairs for people to sit while we talk about properties. We have maps of the local wards pinned up on the walls so we can show folks exactly where things are. It’s not a corporate setup at all; it’s just us. We spend a lot of time drinking tea with clients and going over the details of different listings. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook, and other times it’s quiet enough to catch up on the newspaper. We try to keep the place tidy, but there are always stacks of forms and registers lying around. It feels like a local spot where people can just drop in for a chat about the market. We know the streets of Kachchh pretty well after all these years. It’s a straightforward business. We don't use any big words or complicated processes. We just listen to what people are looking for and see what we have in the books. It’s a bit crowded in the shop when more than three people show up, but we make it work every day.
