Down here in Adipur, we’re located in Vandana Society. It’s Plot 150 in Ward 4B. A bit of a mouthful when you say the whole address out loud. Kutch is a unique place to live and work. The salt air and the dry heat are just part of the day. At Gncl, we don’t really go in for anything flashy. Our office is just a regular building like the others around here. We’ve been here long enough that the neighbors know us. We aren't some big corporation with hundreds of staff. It’s just a few of us trying to keep things running. Sometimes we have to deal with the dust coming off the road, but that’s life in Gujarat. We start our mornings with a quick chat about what needs to be done. There’s always paperwork or something that needs fixing. We don't have a receptionist in a suit. You just walk in and talk to whoever is free. It works for us. We’ve had some good years and some tough ones too. That’s just business. We don't spend much time thinking about growth or expansion. We just want to make sure the work we do today is solid. It’s a quiet corner of the society, which is nice. We get to focus on what we’re doing without too much noise. Just regular people doing regular work. It's a bit dusty and the fan clicks, but it's our home.
