Vardhman Timber Industries

We are located at Plot No. I-33-34. It is a decent-sized space where we keep all the wood and machinery for Vardhman Timber Industries. The plot is usually filled with the smell of sawdust and fresh timber. We have different kinds of wood stacked up depending on what we get in. It is not a very quiet place because of the saws, but we are used to it by now. We have been working here for many years. It started small and we just stayed in the same spot. The yard gets a bit messy when a big delivery comes in, but we try to clear it out by the end of the day. We have a couple of guys who help with the heavy lifting. It is hard work, especially when it is hot outside. We do not have a fancy showroom. People just come to the plot and look at what we have available. Sometimes we have to move stacks around to find the right piece. It takes time, but that is just part of the business. We do our best to get things cut to the right size. Some days are busier than others. We just take the orders as they come. It is a simple operation really. No big corporate structure here, just us at the timber yard. We drink a lot of tea while we work. It keeps us going through the afternoon. The wood piles just keep growing.
