Mahadev Cotton Industries

We’ve been at Plot No. 202 in the Gidc Estate for quite a while now. Running a cotton business like Mahadev Cotton Industries isn't always easy, but we manage. Most days start early here because the machines need a lot of looking after. We mostly handle raw cotton processing and stuff related to that. It gets pretty dusty inside the shed, so we keep the doors open when the weather allows it. It’s just a small team of us working the shifts. We don’t have a big fancy office or anything like that, just the main floor and a small desk for paperwork. People around the estate know us as the place that stays busy even when it's hot out. Sometimes the power goes out, which is a pain, but we just wait it out and get back to work. We get our shipments in on trucks and send them out the same way once the baling is done. There’s no big secret to how we do things, we just show up and do the job. If you’re driving through the Gidc area, you’ll see our sign near the gate. It’s a bit faded from the sun, but it’s still there. We keep to ourselves mostly and try to keep the equipment running smooth. It's honest work and it keeps us busy through the seasons. We aren't looking to change much, just keep the machines running and the orders filled every day.
