First Square Properties LLP is located over here in Gandhidham. Our address is DBZ-N-125. If you're familiar with the Kachchh area, you know how things work around here. It's a busy place with the port nearby and all the industrial growth that has happened over the years. We've been working out of this office for a bit now. It’s not a very big space but it works for what we need to get done. Most days are spent on the phone or driving out to see different plots. The weather in Gujarat can get really hot, especially in the afternoons, so we try to do a lot of our outdoor work early in the morning. Inside the office, it’s mostly just us keeping track of the listings and talking to visitors. We aren't trying to be some giant real estate firm. We just know the local streets and who is selling what in the neighborhood. People come in looking for space for their families or maybe for a small business they want to start. We talk to them, show them what’s on the books, and try to make sense of the paperwork. Gandhidham has changed a lot lately, and being at DBZ-N-125 puts us right in the middle of it all. Sometimes it's quiet, other times it's a mess of documents and phone calls. We handle things as they come. It's a practical way to run things.
