We are located over in Bhachau, at plots 41 and 42 in Saraswati Society. It is a quiet enough area, but we stay busy with our food business. We have been in this spot for a while now. The building is simple, nothing fancy about it. We spend most of our time dealing with the processing side of things. There is always a lot to do, from checking the raw materials to making sure the packaging is right. It is a lot of hands-on work. We do not really have a big corporate hierarchy. It is just us and a few workers making sure the machines are running and the orders are going out on time. The weather in Bhachau can be tough, especially the heat, but we just get on with it. We have our routines. Coffee in the morning, then checking the lists, and then the actual production starts. We do not use a lot of big words to describe what we do. We just make food products. It is what we know. Sometimes things go wrong, a machine breaks or a delivery is late, and we just fix it and keep going. That is how it is for a small business like ours.
