Bagawati Sales Corpoation

Our business, Bagawati Sales Corporation, is situated in Lilasha Nagar within the Kutch district. Kutch is a vast area, and being out here in Lilasha Nagar means we’re a bit removed from the big city hustle. It’s a dry place, and the wind carries a lot of sand sometimes. Our office is a simple building that we’ve occupied for a while. Inside, it’s pretty basic. We have a few cupboards for our records and a big table where we sit and talk to people. We still use paper ledgers for a lot of our tracking because it feels more reliable to us than a computer that might crash. There are only a few of us working here, so we all end up doing a bit of everything. One day I might be handling sales, and the next I’m helping load a truck. It’s just the way things are in a small place like ours. We don't have a lot of rules or a strict corporate structure. We just try to be fair and get the work done. The summers are incredibly hot, so we usually start very early to beat the heat. By mid-afternoon, things slow down a bit because it’s just too warm to do much. We like the quiet life here in Kutch. It’s not a place for someone who wants excitement every minute, but it suits us just fine. We just keep doing our bit every day.
